As a general rule, you have a 14-day right to exchange your orders.
Only items that have been tried on solely to check the size may be returned. Items that have been worn or washed are excluded from return.
Flocked jerseys are also excluded from exchange!
If a gift voucher has been redeemed, the amount will be credited back to the voucher. A cash refund is not possible in this case.
Note: It must be the same email address
which was used for the order. If you are unsure, then see to which address the order confirmation email was sent.
